Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
To make a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain period of time.
Delays or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at contact@frenchworks.fr.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item has been returned, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order delivered to their home to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must send an email with a description of your product to: contact@frenchworks.fr.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
